Welcome to kristinakvon.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

kristinakvon.com is operated by Kristina Kvon, based in Busan, South Korea. For any questions, contact us at hello@kristinakvon.com.

2. Products

All kristinakvon.com pieces are handmade and made-to-order, produced in small batches.
Because pieces are tailored individually based on customer-provided measurements, slight variation between pieces is normal and expected as part of the handmade process.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photos and descriptions, but colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

3. Orders and measurements

By placing an order, you confirm that the measurements you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and measurements are submitted.
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
We currently accept PayPal payment method.

5. Pre-orders

When a piece is not immediately available, you may join a pre-order list. Joining the list reserves your place in the production queue but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. You'll be notified when the next batch opens for ordering.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines, costs, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be issued. Because our pieces are made-to-order, most sales are final except in cases of damage or defect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Kristina Kvon and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kristinakvon.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
