Where we ship

kristinakvon.com ships worldwide from Busan, South Korea.

Production time

Each piece is handmade individually, and we work in small batches of 10 orders at a time. Production takes approximately 7–10 days from the confirmation of your order and measurements, before your piece is shipped.

Delivery time (after production)

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships, not from the date it was placed.

Rest of world (US, Europe, and other international destinations)	10–15 days

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping carrier

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, your country may apply customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or in shipping costs. We're unable to predict the exact amount, as it depends on your country's regulations.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and will be shown before you complete your order.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at hello@kristinakvon.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down with the carrier.
