Made-to-order pieces

Every kristinakvon.com piece is handmade and tailored individually to the measurements you provide at the time of order. Because each piece is cut and constructed specifically for you, all made-to-order sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect self-measurement, or sizing preference once production has begun.

We ask that you take care when submitting your measurements (see our measurement guide) and reach out to us at hello@kristinakvon.com before ordering if you have any questions about fit.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or adjust an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we're unable to accommodate cancellations, as materials are cut specifically for your piece.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us at hello@kristinakvon.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

What isn't covered

  • Natural variation in handmade pieces (small differences in stitching, dye, or texture between pieces are part of the handmade process, not a defect)
  • Damage caused by washing outside of the provided care instructions
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Sizing issues resulting from measurements provided by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pre-orders

If you're on the pre-order list and a piece is no longer available for any reason before production begins, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to wait for the next batch.
